Meet your Trainer.

My passion for health and fitness began when I was sick of feeling like a victim to life's circumstances. Fitness was an outlet for me and the weights were empowering. Because I was becoming strong in the gym physically, I eventually felt stronger mentally and emotionally.

My fitness pursuit pulled me out of a position of weakness and into a position of authority which led me to have power and more importantly, feel like a total badass.

Since then, I have been on a mission to inspire others to do the same and I am dedicated to helping others overcome challenges and become the best version of themselves which I believe is a physical, mental and emotional pursuit. My experience includes 5 years of personal training, group fitness, and CrossFit.
